Pardon the banana - but it’s a really really nice banana. Look at the other customised fruits at Evening Tweed. Meanwhile, here are some beautiful typographic videos via Designer Daily.

The Lion’s Roar
“Puppets on straws
All dance and sing
And flap their wings
Trumpets play some lullabies”

Devil’s Advocate - Sound from the movie
“Look but don’t touch.
Touch, but don’t taste.
Taste, but don’t swallow.”

Streetlight Manifesto
“I’ll never get to heaven
If I’m singing this song.”

Citizen Cope (Let the drummer kick)
“Relations - Creation - Incarceration - Determination - Equation - Humiliation - Reincarnation - Elation - Identification - Retaliation - Education - Inspiration - Substitution - Non-Inclusion - Drug-Infusion - Mass Confusion - Delusion - Solution - Conclusion”

Nofx - All Outta Agnst
“I’m not insane,
I’m not bummed out
I got no one 2 blame
Nothing to change
Nothing evil to fight…”

I really want to learn how to use After Effects. The art in the video’s called Kinetic Typography. And I’m thinking of going to the London College of Communication because of their J-school (that’s if I’ve got the money… 10,000 pounds!). They also learn how to operate and design using the letterpress:

Veteran graphic design/typography and letterpress teacher from the London College of Communication: David Dabner talks… giving an insight into the principles of design, creative letterpress and why computers make students sloppy.
